All purchases are non-refundable at the time of sale unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Intellectual Property

All templates, workbooks, training and materials are the sole property of Breakthrough Z. You may use them for your personal and business growth, but you may not copy, resell or distribute them without written permission.

3. Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify, update or improve our coaching programs, resources or delivery at any time.

4. Termination Rights

We may terminate a client’s access to our programs at our discretion. In such cases, a partial or full refund may be issued at our sole judgment.

5. No Guarantees

Breakthrough Z provides education and coaching. Your results depend on your effort, decisions and circumstances. We make no promises or guarantees of specific financial or business outcomes.
